The Royal Connection
This blog illustrates just one line of the ancestry of Barbara Leigh Martineau (1912 - 2000), a direct descendant of William the Conqueror (1028 - 1087) . There are many others including a direct line from Gaston Martineau (1660 - 1726) who fled to England from persecution in France.
